• Recommendation letters: If you are thinking of asking me for recommendation letters, please give me as much time as possible (usually I need at least 2 weeks in advance notice). You may ask me in person or via email, along with the following information in one package: your name, course number, year of the course, transcripts, resume, and other material you are submitting along with your application, mark your application deadlines, and detailed instructions on each envelope.
