Prior to coming to the US in 1970, Sebhatu math and physics in Ethiopia.  Then Sebhatu met Dr. M. J. Skove  of  Clemson University  when he was  a Fulbright visiting professor  in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Skove encouraged  him to attend Clemson as a physics graduate student (1970 --1975). Dr. Sebhatu was a visiting assistant professor of physics at NC State University (1975-1976)

Pensacola Jr. College (1976--1978)
