Dr. Hatcher began his career as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of Vermont, but he presently possesses enormous management experience in the telecommunications and research industry. From _ to _, he was the Manager of Advanced Methods Research & Development for Idaho National Engineering Laboratories where his team's efforts resulted in industry leading research in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Decision Analysis. From 1986 to 2000, at Lucent Technologies / AT&T Bell Laboratories where he was responsible for developing a number of successful products in key areas. More notably, his creation of a Rapid Response development team to support customized solutions for key customers and partners enabled Lucent to quickly become a major player in new markets. Most recently att Lucent, he was Director of Switch Software Development and Laboratory Operations. This program remains unparalleled in the industry. On February 29, 2000 - Technology Control Services (TCS), Inc. announced that Theodore R. Hatcher joined the company as its Chief Operating Officer.
